General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Donation-Purpose Website

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “GTC”) apply to the use of the tamasmira.hu website created for donation purposes.

The beneficiary of the donations collected on the website: Mira Tamás (born: 2021. 08.05.), Address: 3014 Hort, Csányi út 7.

Hereinafter: Beneficiary Representatives.

3. Purpose of the Website

The purpose of the website is to collect voluntary monetary donations to cover the medical treatment of Mira Tamás and related expenses.

The donation amount is transferred directly to the bank account of the Beneficiary Representatives; the Operator does not receive, manage, or withhold any funds.

4. Legal Status of the Operator

The Operator solely performs technical, communication, and website management activities.
The Operator:

• is not considered a fundraising organization,
• is not a financial intermediary,
• does not monitor the use of the donations.

5. Donation Procedure

The donor provides support via bank card payment through the website, which is handled by an independent payment service provider (Barion, SimplePay, Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, etc.).

The Operator does not process any bank card data.

6. Refunds and Faulty Transactions

Donations can be refunded only in the following cases:

• in case of duplicate or erroneous charges,
• or in the event of an obvious technical error.

The Beneficiary Representatives are solely responsible for any refunds.

7. Use of Donations

The Beneficiary Representatives are obliged to use the donations for the child’s medical treatment and related expenses and can be held accountable for this.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Operator:

• is not responsible for the operation of the payment service provider,
• is not responsible for the use of funds by the Beneficiary Representatives,
• does not guarantee recovery or treatment outcomes.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Hungarian law shall apply. The parties shall primarily attempt to resolve their disputes amicably.
