• Donor’s email address,
• Donation amount.

The Operator does not have access to bank card data.

2. Processed Special Data:

The website displays data related to the health status of the Beneficiary.
Legal Basis for Processing:
GDPR Article 6(1)(a) – voluntary consent
DPR Article 9(2)(a) – processing of special categories of data with explicit consent

The consent is given in writing by the parents.

3. Purpose of Data Processing:

• Facilitating donations,
• Providing information to supporters,
• Communication.

4. Data Transfer:

• To the payment service provider,
• To authorities in case of legal obligations.

5. Data Retention Period:

• Financial data: 8 years,
• Donors’ names: until withdrawal of consent,
• Health-related content: 30 days after the conclusion of the collection.

6. Donor Rights:
