    3. Purpose of the Website<\/strong><\/p>

    The purpose of the website is to collect voluntary monetary donations to cover the medical treatment of Mira Tam\u00e1s and related expenses<\/strong>.<\/p>

    The donation amount is transferred directly to the bank account of the Beneficiary Representatives<\/strong>; the Operator does not receive, manage, or withhold any funds<\/strong>.<\/p>

    4.\u00a0<\/span>Legal Status of the Operator<\/span><\/b><\/p>

    The Operator solely performs technical, communication, and website management activities.
    The Operator:<\/p>

    • is not considered a fundraising organization,<\/li>
    • is not a financial intermediary,<\/li>
    • does not monitor the use of the donations.<\/li><\/ul>

      5. Donation Procedure<\/strong><\/p>

      The donor provides support via bank card payment through the website, which is handled by an independent payment service provider<\/strong> (Barion, SimplePay, Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, etc.).<\/p>

      The Operator does not process any bank card data<\/strong>.<\/p>

      6.\u00a0<\/span>Refunds and Faulty Transactions<\/span><\/b><\/p>

      Donations can be refunded only in the following cases:<\/p>

      • in case of duplicate or erroneous charges,<\/li>
      • or in the event of an obvious technical error.<\/li><\/ul>

        The Beneficiary Representatives are solely responsible for any refunds.<\/p>

        7. Use of Donations<\/strong><\/p>

        The Beneficiary Representatives are obliged to use the donations for the child\u2019s medical treatment and related expenses<\/strong> and can be held accountable<\/strong> for this.<\/p>

        8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

        The Operator:<\/p>

        • is not responsible for the operation of the payment service provider,<\/li>
        • is not responsible for the use of funds by the Beneficiary Representatives,<\/li>
        • does not guarantee recovery or treatment outcomes.<\/li><\/ul>
